Steve is amazing! I needed a new battery for my MacBook and he was able to not only replace it, but he also went the extra mile deep clean it as well. My laptop looks and feels brand new and it only took 2 days to repair. I’m so grateful for Steve, and his kindness, professionalism, and expertise. Goodbye Apple Store repairs!

Steve has alot of experience in Apple devices. He came to my home to diagnose the problem, then ordered the part and came back to install. I appreciate not having to part with the laptop for an extended period of time and he costs less. Apple wants us to part with it for 7-14 days.
